Free WhatsApp bulk sender
Bulk WhatsApp messaging, built for how your team already works
Most WhatsApp marketing tools ask you to rebuild your contact list inside their platform, sign up for a paid plan, or apply for API access before you can send a single message. The Thinklar WhatsApp Bulk Sender skips all of that — it's a free Chrome extension that reads the spreadsheet you already have and sends from the WhatsApp Web account you already use.
It's built for the kind of bulk marketing and outreach small and mid-sized teams actually run: order updates, event reminders, appointment confirmations, and follow-up campaigns to lists that already know your business, sent at a pace that looks and feels like a person sending them.
Everything you need to run a real campaign, none of the risk of doing it by hand
The AI Automation System is built around one job — getting a personal message to a list of people over WhatsApp, safely and without manual copy-pasting.
Bulk send from any sheet
Upload an .xlsx, .xls, or .csv exactly as it already exists — no need to rename columns or restructure your data first.
Smart column mapping
Point it at your phone and message columns, then turn any other column — name, city, order ID — into a variable your message can use.
Human-safe sending pace
Randomized delays between messages, modeled on how a person actually sends — built to reduce the patterns spam detection looks for.
Live campaign log
Watch each send as it happens — sent, failed, or skipped — with progress you can pause, resume, or stop at any point.
Three steps from spreadsheet to sent
Upload your sheet
Drop in your existing contact list. No template required — your columns, your headers, as-is.
Map columns & write your message
Choose your phone column, then build a message template using your own data as variables.
Launch and monitor
The Automation System takes it from there — sending, pacing, and logging every message in real time.
Installing the extension takes about three minutes

Set your pace and start
Choose a delay range between sends, hit Start, and watch the live log as it runs.
Questions Teams Usually Ask Before Downloading
Yes. The extension is free to download and use, with no message caps, license fees, or trial period.
No. It works through your existing WhatsApp Web login, so there's no API setup, approval process, or per-message billing to deal with.
You can upload .xlsx, .xls, or .csv files with your own column names — the extension lets you map any column to a phone number or message field.
Yes. Any column in your sheet, such as name, city, or order ID, can be inserted into your message template as a variable.
Automated sending through WhatsApp Web sits outside WhatsApp's official terms of service, so it carries some risk if used carelessly. The extension includes randomized delays between messages, and we recommend messaging only contacts who expect to hear from you and keeping volumes realistic.
